How long have you been in radio: 10 years
Where have you worked before: Started at WVOX in New Rochelle, NY. Then on to WRKI-FM (i95) in Danbury, CT. Took about a year off from radio and actually worked for a living, but that wasn't doing it for me. Came up here to do afternoons on X-ROCK.
Best job: Come on now, I get to play rock and roll music on the radio every day AND get paid for it. It don't get any better than this.
Worst job: Worked a few months for a so-called 'environmental' organization going door to door asking for donations and mostly getting doors slammed in my face.
Fav movie: A toss-up...Dazed and Confused or Saving Private Ryan. Or maybe Enemy at the Gates. I like them all.
Fav book: Flight of the Intruder
Fav website: Yahoo news has tons of fun stuff for the show. I also like Drudge Report and assorted web sites favored by the vast right wing conspiracy.
Worst website: MoveOn.org
Fav food: I grill up a steak outside and my girl whips up a batch of her macaroni and cheese. That's good eatin'.
Worst food: Haggis. I may be part Scottish, but that stuff is crap.
Fav bands: Zeppelin, Cracker, Ted Nugent, Stone Temple Pilots. Fine, I'll say it. I really like Spin Doctors too.
Wife? Engaged. Kids?: Nope.
Pets: 3 cats.
Fav saying: Something my dad always said to me when I was a kid. There are two kinds of people in the world - map makers and map readers. You want to be a map maker.
